• Per Bed Rate – 4 people in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - sharing a bedroom
• • $330/month - winter specific lease

• Per Room Rate – 2 to 3 people in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment – not sharing a bedroom
• • $660/month – winter specific lease

Rates include all utilities, local telephone service, cable television and wireless internet – a $150 value!!
